LOGGIA = HIGH PRICE for VERY LOW QUALITY apartments.Stay awayMy family lives in the Loggia project in St-Lambert.They are very bad, don't fix broken stuff, no services as promise etc.The Olga lady said to an old lady who live on 6th floor she should have taken a unit on first floor if she can't take the step to go to her unit, when the lady was complaining about the fact that the elevator is reserved for people moving out or inLSR should ask themselves, Why this building still not close to be full and why everybody is moving out after 1 year.
